🍼 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase from Our Little Sunshine. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery for change‑of‑mind purchases, subject to the conditions below.
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned at any time within a reasonable period under the Australian Consumer Law.

📦 Change of Mind Returns

We accept change‑of‑mind returns if:
• Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items are returned in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or washed.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing

Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

🔄 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.

Please use a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

⚖️ Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

❌ Non‑Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
• Used or washed items
• Items not in original condition
• Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
