All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We ship Australia‑wide.
Delivery time estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note delivery to some regional areas may take a few extra days.
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
⚠️ Delays
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal delays, peak periods, or extreme weather).
📦 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
